I've had this problem at least 5 times now. I finish with 2-3 red bars left on the timer, but then it considers the loading time to be part of the time limit. I always submit in time, even if it's just a 'pick for me' panic option. It then considers the slow server speed to be a 'me'problem, costing me a lot of points. As long as you press submit when there is time on the clock, your submission should count. It should lock it in, not including the 3 second loading screen on the game's side.
