I have a complaint about a certain user
Is there a way to communicate when you believe somebody is cheating? This guy almost always is finishing at the very last second and there's a 95 percent chance a guest DNF. Its like clockwork. His rating suffers because he doesnt always give himself enough time to finish the round.
