blocks a spot out as unselectable when players are available... peyton manning was clearly 95-09 and any number of dallas wrs are from 2010+, yet these are blocked out, forcing me to choose the other position.

I get this exact same issue too. It's really frustrating because, like in the case of Brian's screenshots, I can't get certain players that we all know for a fact would qualify for the box. It then REALLY SUCKS when you then finish the round, look at your team in like 9th or 10th because of a silly decision you were forced to make due to to a game bug, but when you look at the top 2-3 teams, somehow they were able to secure manning for the 1995-2009 qb spot (for example), and you were not, and so your team drops like 10 spots lower and you lost 15 points when you know you could've gained like 6 if the game correctly let you select the players. Please take a look at Brian's screenshots. I just spent like 20 minutes looking through the whole feedback feed to see if anyone was experiencing the same issue that I was and I'm so happy I found someone else who is. Great game, we love it! But please please please look into and fix this.

And I get what you're saying about not painting yourself into a corner, but I've had multiple instances where it happens to me where one of the two squares is blocked out, I'm forced to choose a player for the open slot, and then the last team that comes up has better players that would've qualified for the slot that I already used up now. I wish I had taken screenshots like Brian, so I'll try doing that whenever I run into the situation

Hey Brian, thanks for the screenshots. This reason this happens is so that you don't paint yourself into a corner. For instance, if the Ravens are the last team in the sequence, it will block you from leaving the historic era (pre 1995) open, since there is not Ravens player that can fill that spot
