PvP tiebreakers

Fun game! In PvP, I noticed a slight bonus for putting players in sorted value order. Instead of that, may I suggest one or more of:- uniqueness bonus: if you have the same total as someone but have a set of players no one else has, give a +0.01 bonus as a tiebreaker- speed bonus: if you are the first one to a given score, give a 0.01 bonus as a tiebreaker
