Competitive mode where the goal is to make the best roster with the least amount of overlap with other rosters in the heat. You'd really need to remember some guys!

I was thinking something similar, scattegories style! What are your thoughts on scoring it? Penalty per each time another player is selected?

That makes sense to me!
Just shipped an "Audible" mode for preview, where you're rewarded for choosing players that were selected less, and penalized for choosing chalk players that many others selected
